I personally wouldn't use PC Specialist as they add about £100+ on to the price for just building the PC.

Are you willing to actually build the PC yourself?
Do you need mouse, monitor & keyboard?

ive got a monitor and im going to get the keyboard and mouse separately but where would you recommend getting the parts from? my uncle can build it for me only reason i was going to go with them is the monthly payment and then pay it off near the end, what do you think?

Im sure someone will come along and recommend something else but this is what I would get. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Stock Cooler will do fine. Will be able to play Fallout 4 easily. You'll want to add a SSD when you can. Can add another 380 in XFire in the future is you wish.
