Happens to me often. I can't say no to food so the day before a meet I'll be 6-7 pounds over and will have to cut weight
It seems very difficult.

I played Football/Soccer for almost 16 years (im 22 btw)
Until i mashed up my knee. Tissue damage, ligament damage and cartilage. But i played Striker, Right Wing, and Right back. Nothing better than seeing a striker do a slide tackle in Sunday league!!

I'm sorry to hear about that man. I tore my ligament in my foot. It's a long recovery. That was.. 3.5 years ago. I still get pains.
