Try ebay, saw a few on there, but they are pricey for a map. Or you could try your luck contacting support and make up some sob story on how your pre-order copy didn't come with a code. It worked for me.

The only real place you could look is eBay.

Yeah cheers, i tried ebay the other day and bought a code but turns out the guy was actually selling me instructions on how to lie to activision via support.....

not sure if they have them on there...

If he didn't list that he was selling instructions; I would try and get a refund.

You should be given a code within 24 hours.
Make sure you put the following:

Then choose what region you are from and what platform you are playing on.

I'm not sure if it affects anything, but make sure the account linked to the COD Account has played the game before.

Just report to activision that you didnt receive a code.

I did that 2 weeks back and got a code within 8 hours

Yeah i have done, and the worst thing is ebay said to me they can't do anything about it. cheers guys
