Invest in a business. Buy a house, cars, clothes, Help my parents do the same and my siblings. Make sure they are set. Help them with their goals To make sure they will have a steady income. Donate alot. Save the rest and watch the profits come in.

Lets say I was the other ticket holder from the UK's lottery draw the other week, which was split to 33 Million each. I would sell my current car, but a well looked after Nissan 370z, upgrade it, retire my parents and spend the interest from the bank and live a normal life. (Occasionally have the parties) I would stay until I finish my file year at Sixth Form and retire at 17.

I suppose it depends on how I became rich, and how much money I have. Say I got lucky and won that powerball lotto, this is how I'd spend my money.
I'd make sure each family within my family (as in like each pair of aunts/uncles, my grandparents, my parents, cousins, etc.) would have a reasonable sized house (500k or under), a new car (not a Porsche or lambo or something), and a new truck. I would also pay for college for any family member who wants to go to college.
After that, I'd buy a huge plot of land and a lot of farm equipment for community farming. If a family wants to raise cattle, let them use a portion of the land. If a family wants to grow potatoes, let them use a portion of the land. I'd also let the middle and high school use a section of the land to teach kids how to farm so if things ever did go wrong, our community might have a chance at being self sustaining if god forbid we could all get along. For the most part though, it's so that people who aren't doing too good financially, or are laid off still have means to maybe make a little bit of money, and produce their own food.
Of course I'd get myself a new truck and SUV. I doubt I'd go get some 200k car, but who knows. I'd also get myself a house of reasonable size for me, I don't need a mansion.
Past that, it's buying bare land and maybe playing in the stocks a little bit, I'd have to look more into stocks though.
