Hey im getting another PC but this time for my Little Brother!
Im trying to get this to him because I never got him anything for Christmas.
Im trying to kepp the Budget as low as possible.
This PC would have to do Edtitng, Streaming, and I guess maybe games like CS:GO and Stream at the Same time and if Possible GTA V or games like that on Low Quality but mainly CS:GO.
He has Keyboard Mouse and Monitor already so dont worry about that.
Price range is $200-$300 if possible

Thanks,

-CN1

I am aware it is a fair bit over, but this is the cheapest I can find.
I chose Intel since you mentioned that he wants to do rendering.
I also added in 8GB Ram / w 1TB hard drive so he can have more games downloaded, and so his hardware meets the recommended memory requirement for better performance.
Hopefully someone can find it even cheaper, but this one is an okay build.

This is literally the cheapest Intel setup you can get. You could get an AMD APU, but I would personally get this;

Yes, at any point you could add another 4GB stick of RAM, you could upgrade the CPU to an i5 or i7 with no other upgrades, you can add a discrete GPU at any point as well. If you plan to add a GPU later, you may want to consider buying a higher wattage PSU to be on the safe side, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] would be great for $20 more.

Yes, you would be able to upgrade parts.

CPU (on the build in quote) is on skylake, therefore you'll be able to upgrade to higher tier skylake CPUs.

You can add another 4GB of ram when you can afford it.

You can add a dedicated GPU, but you'll want to upgrade your PSU before you do that.
