well freeboot alows people to use the old dashboard style on the new dashboard. you cant jtag on the current dashboard only the last one which is why you need freeboot to host, but after the new dashboard comes out freeboot is not making a new version so unless you can jtag on the new dashboard(unlikely) then yes they will be banned untill someone else makes a program similar to freeboot for the new dashboard. maybe the new dashboard wont be mandatory to download and then people will be able to host. only time will tell. jtags themselves arnt getting banned, people just wont be able to use them with the new dashboard
