My head set isn't working. i have done every step possible and still doesn't work. bought a new head set and it doesn't work. bought a new controller and new/old head set don't work! anyone have any idea?!?!

What part isn't working? Trying plugging it in and plug your controller in to a usb to your xbox and update your controller.

Alright I had that problem, make sure your controller and headset is updated. Pull the batteries out of your controller and connect it to your xbox using a usb, go into settings then devices or such then update controller. It should work after that.
