No, it is impossible to do on Xbox one, there is no Spotify app or Any app that does the same thing!




Yeah I agree. It's completely impossible. It doesn't work on the Xbox one, and I have tried with every app possible. Goes to show that Xbox one's severs are more stable.

As I have said multiple times, it is not patched. It is possible as I have done it. Try streaming on Twitch on the highest quality setting.
