I'm trying to get a list together to build a "Streaming PC" for audio encoding & such.

Current parts list is at about 143W since I will not have a GPU in this system & since I will not be gaming on it.
I am in need of a low power, but good quality PSU.

Any Suggestions?

If you want a quality unit that is absolutely soundless, since your budget can accommodate it.
