I went to a art web and it said i got a virus! Is that possible? Or just a troll pop up?

I'm not sure if you can even get a virus on a mobile unless it's jail broken or something, don't worry about it.

If it has a number you need to call to fix it i would call it and give them your credit card info so they can fix it for you.

iPhones CAN'T get a virus for one unless you're jailbroke and run a bad app.

You can get a virus from downloading things off the app store, it's just not very likely. If a platform is popular enough, people will find a way to spread their malware.
As for OPs question: You should be fine, just restart your phone and try to be more careful with the sites you visit. It was more than likely a popup to either install something malicious or scam you out of money to try and "fix" your phone. Either way, if you really did have malware on your phone, you aren't going to get a popup alerting you of it. (unless you have anti-virus software)

I get that a pop up that says I have a virus when I'm using my phone ( Samsung Galaxy s6 ) it just buzzes the phone until I clear the page, the website it only does that on is putlocker, all you do is clear the tab off the phone and woolaa
