Are you feeling ok? They are way better now

I still like games but just not how i use to. Playing games for your whole life of course it will get old at least to some people. I see a lot of the same concept with shooters,rpg,mmos and it gets repetitive its very rare i see something original in my eyes. We all played hundreds of games and we always see something similar to another game but its just slightly different with a cool theme.

I honestly think it's because they took the personal satisfaction out of the game. I enjoyed games more when you had to grind to unlock characters, items, and levels instead of buying them. I understand why companies do that, so that they can line their pockets, but the satisfaction of having something your friends didn't have because of pure personal achievement in the game is something they don't give gamers anymore.

I have noticed that the games seem less appealing to me. I think that it's the expectations that we have. We expect good graphics, a story-line with substance, fantastic multiplayer, and an enjoyable time. I remember running into a gamestop as a kid just for the fun of the games. Exploring a new world. In my own opinion, the expectation and the criteria that the game needs to meet to be enjoyable has just raised. Big name companies are trying to shell out Triple A titles every year while adding innovative features.

lol some people like offline games aswel i like fallout 4 aswel as cod ect

I don 't know, maybe Sonic and Mario and all of those OG games are better than these next gen games after all

I was also a gamer when i was younger it was better for a few reasons
1 i think the video games back then were amazing although now the graphics are cool and all
But GTA 4 ,San andreas, Cod4, MW1 AND MW2 were AMAZING GAMES
And also as you get older you loose interest in things like that

Well when we where younger we didnt have others things to do like work and school. I am usually to busy to play xbox anymore unless its on the weekend
