If you want to waste money on that pre-build then go a head but you could do much better by building you're own and there really isn't any excuse not to build one.

You don't need to know about any of the hardware, only common sense and a basic idea of how to install the components.

Assuming your currency is in GBP and you don't need any peripherals;

It's relatively easy to build a computer. There's many online tutorials you can follow to ensure you do it correctly; you can always message people via ttg to ensure you know what to do.

It's much more worth it for your money - When I get equal parts, the prebuilt is usually about $200 more expensive for the same parts.

Take a look at this thread, there is lots of useful information and links to videos that will give you a good idea of how to build a PC. As Deano said, you can also message people on here that would be willing to help you.

Unlocked CPU on an unsuitable motherboard.
Adequate cooler.
Should have an SSD.
PSU is not very good.
Case is ok but not brilliant (Trust me, I had it)
You don't have a price for Windows. (You can get it for about 25-30)

I'll put a build suggestion when I am back on my PC.

Sorry it took so long to reply. You now have better parts plus an SSD - a very essential component imo.
If you can't spend the extra 30, just tell me and I'll change a couple of things.
