There is no quicker way other than playing the gamemodes that are available to you and getting as much XP as possible each game.
Remember, you get substantially much more XP if you are winning games.

Also, remember when you get to level 3 you will only be ale to play 2 or 3 games a day (forgot which one) until you are ranked

It's 2, unless it has changed since I was unranked. But, this is only if you win those games. You can play as many as you'd like, but it won't let you if you win 2 games in a 24 time-span.
It takes 10 Competitive wins to get ranked, then you can play and win as much as you'd like.

I personally found the best way to not only level up, but also teach me some of the things you need to be honing for comp, was to play demolition.
Winning games grants more xp as others have already said, so try to be winning games to increase the speed of leveling up.

Just do what everyone else said, also just dont focus on leveling up at all. Play the gamemodes to learn how people play (Even though most cas games are silvers). Once you win 2 comp matches, take some time and download workshop maps like aim training, Setting changes (Like crosshair and Fov settings), and find which guns you can use. Watch some vides and such to help. It takes time to get good in cs, its not an easy game. Gl!
