You should work a bit more on the text, maybe give it some shadowing behind it, make it blend in a bit more.

It's a good piece of work anyway bro.

You added text to a background you found :S
You then got the light angle wrong.
Work at recreating the background, not just straight up using.

Did you illustrate the Background?

The shadow effect you put on the text just rushed, look up some tuts they're out there.

also what is the aim of the piece? just so i can accurately rate the design.
