How long does it take a 1 Defence pure to get from 50-75ish Strength.

And what would be the best method for most XP per hour?

Appreciated!

I also have a Dragon Scim, For training

So one of the ways I used to do it was Rock Crabs. (Below is some info on them.)

I also used to do Experiments all the time too.

As far as how long, it just depends really. Factor in the fact that both these spots are usually packed you aren't getting extreme xp.

But being 1 Defence, you don't really have a lot of options.

Also, found this video for you too. Not really sure if it really helps any but the more info the better.

I did rock crabs until 60 strength, then moved on to yaks. Yaks are great xp, have a low defence, and don't hit much, so they are great to train on. I got to 99 strength with yaks.
