Im pretty sure pangu and taig get paid. Some Chinese company gives them money do bundle the jailbreak with their stuff.

there is a jailbreak for 9.2.1 and 9.2 but the dev that made isnt releasing it to the public. its extremely buggy and Taig is working on it
