Love the banner, but you gotta add content to your homepage, even if you content is good people won't sub cause the only way to find your stuff is to click on your video section. Casual YT's won't do that.

Another thing is you have to have thumbnails, its the banner for your video, imagine going to the movies and the poster is just a random screenshot with the title, would you see that movie?

On the Pro's though you got an good voice and your commentary has a lot of promise, you have good quality but if I were you I would edit the dead air out of your videos and also place a royalty free music soundtrack in the background.
