Did you put the menu on the root of the HDD and not the GTA5 Direcotry

Make sure that xhttp = False in your launch.ini

Do you think it would be anything to do with the dlc or tu?
When I play off of the disc it varies, Sometimes I can get into the tutorial race with lamar and sometimes it freezes before I even get on the ground

Well the other guys have said valid things so if none of that is working then i don't know but here are somethings which may be wrong.

1.Your connection may be shit
2.Try running of the disc and see if that works, if it does then it's your files

Moved the plugins over & No change.
Also Iv'e been playing bo2 online fine without and connection issues and when I run off of the disc it freezes right away lol.. iv'e really **** something up here

I think it **** up somewhere because I ended up copying the game like 3 times and there's a bunch of random gta v files sat all over the hdd

At that point just remove all the files and reinstall, it's a hassle but its gonna be even more difficult to try and sort through what belongs and what doesn't.

Alright I'll give that a shot, One last thing..
Sometimes when I try and copy gta v it doesn't download 100% due to scratches on the disc. what do I do then?
