Is it plugged into to the motherboard or the graphics card?

Can you provide some pictures of your components? Do any lights or fans come on? Have you plugged in your 24pin motherboard power & 4/8pin CPU power?

Make sure you have all the cables plugged in and in the right place.

So many things that could make this happen. We need more information to be able to help you.

Like doot said, show us some pictures to make it a bit easier for us to identify the problem.

What happens when you press the power button? Do fans start spinning or not? If not did you plug in the front panel power connectors in properly?

Have you got your display cable connected to your GPU or motherboard IO? If you have a dedicated GPU then you should have the cable connected to that.

Which USB ports aren't working? If it's the front panel USB ports, did you plug in the front panel USB connectors properly.
