so i havnt played gta v for about a month so i thought i'd hop on for the lowriders 2 dlc but when i start my game i log in like normal the game starts up but then it comes up in the top right corner of my screen (social club (offline)) so when i get into the story i go over to online and there's nothing there but when i press caps locks and click on social i can se what friends of mine are on and view my profile.

i have tried making a file called commandline and typing -online into it
i've done a fresh reinstall having only the files i need in the directory(aswel as the commandlind file)
i've tried deleting all the 1kb files but it just reinstalls them
i've deleted my social club folders and reinstalled them
i've checked if my fire wall is blocking anything to do with rockstar or social club which it isant
i've checked my email to see if i have been banned for something but no emails from rockstar there
i've checked my E:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host for the line that's sposed to have something to do with rockstar in it but that's not there

so do you guys have any other things i can try to do to fix this ? cause i've searched everywhere and found nothing i'm stuck i've even tryed downloading mod managers that have and offline and online option but same thing just comes up social club offline
