I used a full Colombian squad a bit ago with Valderama and it played really well.

He is pretty good ngl

I would imagine he would be an absolute beast if you have a Colombian team around him.

His pace is phenomenal and he whizzes past defenders all the time but his stamina does not help him out. His dribbling and shooting are like that of a good gold card.
