I like political dramas best.
House of Cards, Madam Secretary, the Good Wife, Homeland, etc.
Though my favorite show of all time (The Walking Dead) isn't a political drama, but my second favorite (Game of Thrones) could technically be considered one.

Rope is an excellent movie.
They should let Quentin Tarantino remake it. He could do absolute wonders with that story.

I've always liked crime movies as well as fantasy/medieval films and tv series'
Movie: Warriors
I know this doesn't particularly fall into that category in some ways but it's just great in my opinion.
Series: Vikings
Coming back this month. Cannot wait.

In all honesty, I personally wouldn't like I remake. That's just me though.
