My cat just knock a bottle of pop into my brand new computer: not a lot got into the system as it was not soaked but the red light on my motherboard came on when booting and the fans went nuts

Now its booting normally, and the keyboard and mouse, ethernet chord, etc is lighting up. But the monitors aren't coming on. The graphics cards fans are spinning. Should I just give the computer a bit to air out?

What it does, it boots up with its normal way without the monitors. But the monitors aren't coming on as if the computer is not picking them up. But it's still detecting the drivers and all the other stuff as if there is no issues at all.

Depending on your system specs, you could try booting from your CPU's iGPU. Meaning take out your GPU card and plug the video lead directly into your motherboard.

If it works without a hitch, could be a dead GPU. If not, we'll take it from there.

Okay, try booting from the iGPU.

Simply plug your HDMI cable directly into your motherboard and see what happens.

Where what is located?

All you need to do is plug a video cable into your motherboards output.

That's it.
