Does anyone know how to fix this problem or why it happens? When I try to reply the black bar that the bottom is blocking everything even when scrolling up or down it doesn't move it's just stuck over the message.

That's odd. I'm using Chrome and have never had this problem.

If you don't get a solution here post in this section: https://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/f=22/site-forum-issues.html
