I was reading and watching some YouTube videos and I read that SBMM is back on, is it true? I haven't played since last week and I want to know before I waste my time trying on sweats xD

It's common sense that if you have the DLCs then you'll come up against better players since noobs aren't going to buy them
I haven't noticed much difference in matchmaking though apart from the obvious.

Nah they havent done anything to the matchmaking, david vonderhaar tweeted out saying there was no changes made to it
