I'd definitely go with an 850W unit, you would have your CPU and maybe GPU's overclocked so 750w would be cutting it too close imo, and the 850w G2 is only like $10 more than the 750w version.

you do realize that's with a full x79 system that's pushing way more than a 4790k would lol.
