I agree with you on this but how could they show the difference in it? I was gonna suggest different color for each month but it'd hog some room on the rank page then.

Either colour or they could just go all out, and how it says MOTM (2016) add onto it saying like MOTM (Feb, 2016) And then when 2017 comes around it should be a new colour.

When you hover your mouse over the badge it could say which month and year the person won the badge.
Like when you hover over a person's Rep squares and it brings up a small witticism about their rep level.

I think it's a great idea, but how we are going to pick who it is, is gonna be the problem. We could have us vote, or let the staff choose.

Staff are going to discuss with each other on who gets it.

Sounds cool, although, this would cause arguments. However, it would be best to choose more than 1 member.

If this is utilized correctly this could be a great feature, let's hope this badge doesn't cause a lot of arguments!

But how will this work? Basically the same as the AWESOME and the NINJA? Or even worse...it gets removed after the month? I dont get it. It seems a nice badge an all. But clearly how will it work? Or will it stick permanently?

All the staff will discuss with each other and decide on who should be getting it.
