Actually when I called Microsoft they said they had no records of my ban and that I was screwed and that the only way to play would be to make another account and they said I would recieve a e mail regarding my bann 2 months later and still no e mail so now what's ur amazing answer o wise one?

Well un lucky me I didn't have mine wit me so I couldn't catch him doin it but me and my friend both permanant banns took my $50 memb. And made It look like a suspension than turned it into a ban so I hope he sleeps well at night knowin he took my money
