When I start up my Battlefield 4, everything loads well until the menu shows up and then the game freezes.

Or you could say that it seems as if my controller is unresponsive, this only happens with BF4.

Anyone know a fix to this problem?

I had this same problem, but it kinda just went away

Mine has been like this for a week and now I'm finally tired of it, I've re-installed about 5 times to no prevail.

have u tried to uninstall it and reinstall it.. delete the cache and that kinda stuff

Unplug your system for a couple minutes then plug it back in and start up battlefield. Usually when I have games freeze I do this and they work fine afterwards.
