So i just cleaned my PC out and took the stock cooler of the cpu and noticed that the thermal paste needs replacing. I don't have any thermal paste at the moment and i was wandering what type/brand is the best also is it ok for me to use my pc after i have taken off the cooler and put it back on or not?

I would like to purchase of UK Amazon if possible.

Those are the thermal pastes I have and used before, both are good. I'm currently using NT-H1
