I know exactly what your coming from.

I was at one point making $100 an hour on weekends.

The key is to not ask for money but simply be a nice guy and toss around the fact that you do it free.

not much you can even do, after all most people don't have the money to spend themselves as they are within 13-17ish

Donations are donations... It's a gamble on if somebody is going to donate or not. If you want guaranteed income make whatever you're doing a paid service. Even if you only charge a few dollars here and there, it is better to make $1-15 a day than nothing.

speed wrote You're catering to a group of people most likely between the ages of 13-17 who have no money of their own and no way to send someone money online.

What did you expect?

Like speed said, the group you are targeting are young and have no money.

Thought this was going to be a rant about Twitch but guess I was wrong. But since we're talking about lobbies most of these people that join are likely in there teens and don't have a job or no money. If they did it's there money they can do what they want with it, if they don't want to donate to they don't have to. $10 - $15 is alot of money to some people and I'm sure they could always just find another person that is hosting who is doing it completely free that is not asking for donations.

Ah, sweet old TTG
Reminds me of myself in 2011-2012. I didn't know how to make an account so I just leeched off of kids in mw2/waw lobbies

As a hoster I completely understand where you are coming from., However, I do not expect to make money daily or even at all.
The key to it all is to just find the right game, people, and price for which you can make a few bucks.
I host both paid and free services and understand that it gets annoying, as leechers can be ANNOYING as hell.

All I can say is listen to what HTTK said, cheers
