Play with a people that are silver 2 or higher because you will rank up quicker if you are winning games against ranks that are higher than yours.

Play with a higher ranked team.

The "elo" system works off of wins, how good you played and ranking.

No it's not, getting carried and winning every game will not rank you up. Please learn the rank process before telling someone else [who is right] that they're wrong.

@OP You need to consistently go well, just because you win doesn't mean you're going to rank up.

If you play with higher ranked players you will rank up quicker, and make sure to perform well in the games.

You have to do well in the games you win.
Get mvp's and go positive

Same thing happened to me, I didn't play mm for a month which will take your rank away then after 1 win I went up like 3 or 4 ranks.

Having 75 wins doesn't mean you'll rank up. You can have 20 wins and be LEM. It's how well you do in those games, the rank you're playing against and not going on a losing streak. Yes you may have those 75 wins, but knowing how CSGO is with teammates, I'm more than certain you didn't go on a 75 win streak. Try to party up with people who are of a higher rank, that way you get the feel of how higher ranks play, plus since you're a lower rank, if the enemy team is higher ranks, then they're "expected" to win, meaning if you win, they'll more than likely derank, and you may or may not rank up, depending on your elo. If you start doing pretty good against them and you're winning your games, you'll rank up within a few games. As for your current games until you can get a party going, do whatever you can to top frag, get as many MVPs as possible and land your shots. The better you play, the better it makes you, as well as help your elo boost to your next rank, accounting your win(s) without losing and the ranks of who you're playing with and against.
