Yes we tried this method last night before it was Realesed and it does work to the point of getting into a lobby but once in a locked lobby it doesn't let you change the map or game mode... Looking for a way around this and testing several things we should have a way to host a lobby very soon

we been hosting all day u dont need to change the map all you have to do is edit settings and retain host when the game starts

ahhh so thats what we were doing wrong... so we no longer change the map and would you retain host just keep having people quit and rejoining and migrating host until I pull host??

yes, the host has to be the person who changed the gamemode, so you'd have to get it to migrate for the person who edited the settings to pull host, or in lobby after you get a lobby & it's locked, the host can leave, but the person changing the settings stays and just pulls host in the lobby.

yea that was my idea last night but we stopped trying after hours of getting the UI glitch down but yea the best way I feel would be just for your host to leave the lobby then have your friends join right away then your ex-host joins back therefore forcing you host after he left the lobby. So only one player would need a 2nd controller everyone else wouldn't "have" to have one?
