Okay, I'm looking to custom build an Gaming PC my budget is ( 350 USD ) if so willing to go up another 100
so max budget is ( 450 USD )

Why would you buy the parts and then upgrade. Just wait till you have the right amount of money so you can get the most efficient parts for what you want to do.

Have to start from scratch, thats what I want to do. Start with decent parts then swap out certain parts when the time come
