Have you ever uesd gaming sunglasses before? I have tried them at a friends house and im not sure why but they seem to work. I tried using my dark tinted sunglasses and I just got a headache. Not sure if I want to buy a pair but just wondering if anyone on TTG has experience with these. And if so maybe link me to a good pair? Not that I would buy them or anything im just... curious.

Gaming glasses primary purpose is to be able to look at your computer screen for an extended amount of time without getting eye strain. IMO they are a complete scam and not worth the money, as you can just download f.lux and it does the same exact thing.

No, they are a complete waste of both time and money.
Like BeefWellington said, use f.lux and it does much the same thing.
