First of all, the picture itself just seems lifeless and dull.
Adding even just a little bit of colour to this picture would make it a lot better.
All of the text is the same colour.
The bottom text would look so much better if it were straight, not arched and was smaller.
As for the middle (3D) text, again, something needs to be added. It just looks lifeless and doesn't grab my attention, which is exactly what you want a header to do.
The social media links need to be moved. I dont know what you were thinking when you put them all on one side.
The human eye is attracted to symmetry so put them either at the bottom or side by side and make them smaller.

There is potential for this header to be much better.
I do like some of the ideas you have brought with this header but its not enough to blow me away.
Just another mocked up alias Twitter most likely made in under an hour.
