Honestly it is really just practice, download aim maps to practice moving your cross-hair accurately from on target to another, play deathmatch, target practice etc. You won't go from beginner to professional overnight, it takes time.

We can't really help you unless you tell us what rank you're at, if you're a silver or a nova then it's clear that your aim is off and you need to practice on aim maps. Always remember when you're going round a corner or holding an angle, always aim where you think the enemy will be, so that when they do appear, you can just shoot straight at them, even at global levels, people don't flick and get instant head-shots, they aim close to the enemy and just shoot them.
If possible I'd recommend trying to get a better mouse and mouse-pad, such as a Zowie FK2 mouse or a larger mousepad. Make sure you haven't got a wireless mouse too, because they have horrible response times.

What's your current setup? DPI, in-game sensitivity, etc? Download some aim maps via the workshop and practice aiming on them when you fix your setup situation if you have a problem with it. You don't want your sensitivity too high.

PM me your steam, I can help you adjust your settings how they fit you. Never go by what a pro has or what people tell is the best. Have what ever fits you and makes you comfortable.

I played about 200 hrs of casual before comp, that seems to have helped since my first rank was mg2.. Uh, well I guess that and just try and be calm when playing, it's kind of like shooting a gun irl, if you're up-tight and nervous your arm is not gunna aim the gun where your eyes are telling it to go. The best way I found to do this, is go in DM buy a deag, sit back, relax, and try to get juan deags. Just don't stress out about dying or missing shots. Helped me a lot.

Casual isn't really good for playing the game though. You're better off playing custom servers running competitive rules. Casual is such a cluster of stupid players and stupid tactics that it doesn't teach you how to play, only to aim.
There's so much more to CSGO than aiming.
