I remember in MW2 days the only way you could get banned was having profanity in your bio, the good ol' Code of Conduct.

A big part of gaming online is being able to talk crap. It's just a part of gaming and they really shouldn't be banning people. If someone doesn't want to hear someone curse then they should mute and block people themselves.

I have been banned twice for that but i contacted xbox support and they unbanned me since there was not enough proof
