Just relax and Don't get mad at yourself when you stall it because you will.
My first lesson the instructor took me around an empty estate but some chose large car parks, it just depends.

Learner cars have dual clutch and brake, so your instructor got your back when you **** it up, so don't worry about it man you will do just fine.

Stay calm, and do what you're taught and told. You most likely won't do anything major on your first lesson, just some basics.
