Yeah, my friends still play it on Xbox One. I would say that it is popular still on the Next Gen consoles, definitely has more people playing it than Hardline does. Can't speak about 360 and ps3, they probably don't have very many people playing them. But my friends seem to have no problems finding and completing matches on Xbox One.

A lot of people still play it and a lot of people play hardline as well but not as much as battlefield 4

It's not very popular I think but it's a fun game for me. I play it a lot and it's definitely worth it. I prefer it over battlefield hardline which I have on xbox one.
