Need help with this please. Whenever I put my usb in this happens. it reverses the writing and everything else too.

That is absolutely bizarre.. I would start off by saving the contents of the drive and formatting it.
Can you check the event logs to see if there's anything coming up?

You might want to try try the button on the top row next to the blue question mark, its looks like its has it formatted to the left on there.

Simple question you have probably already tried, but have you tried backing up the drive and then formatting it to see if that fixes the issue?
