Donald Trump has won the South Carolina Republican primary, a tremendous show of strength in the heart of the Deep South that validates his status as the GOP's national front-runner.

Clinton's win was powered by strong turnout among minority voters and a well-organized machine in populous Clark County, where she was beating Sanders 52.5% to 47.4% with 87% of the vote counted.

Kind of off topic, but Canada has a tourist island with housing ready for Americans if people actually want to move out if Trump wins.

OT: I'm kind of not surprised at the results to be honest. I think Trump is pretty much secured for the Republican party. As much as people hate to admit that, he's just leading the polls despite a lot of media against him (which I think is actually helping his case.) Hillary and Sanders, I believe is going to continue to fluctuate between the two, but in the end, I wouldn't doubt it Hillary wins the Democratic party, because of those super delegates.

Well... yeah. Obviously a bunch of Democrats dreamed it up.
Republicans aren't going to leave America if Trump wins.

On topic: I'm disappointed that Bernie didn't win the Democratic side, but he is steadily catching up in national polls so I hope that he will eventually beat Hillary.
If it's Bernie vs Trump then it will literally be a case of affirming my hope for the future of humanity or condemning it to a muddy hole somewhere in a dark forest.

I can't tell if you're voting for Donald Trump or Ronald Reagan, considering his slogan in 1980 was actually 'Let's Make America Great Again'
Trump took the 'Let's' part off it for his campaign because Mr. Personality wasn't creative enough to think of his own.

And you want a reality TV show host who is a verifiable sexist, possible rapist, will try to force people into giving up their land for his gain, and will leave a job unfinished half way through because he didn't get his own way, running the most powerful country in the world?

Trump is a joke which went too far.

Nice to see Trump win a election.
I'm from the UK, so I hear Trump does good and bad steps to take where he is today.

I'm from the UK so I'm not really following his but I know who trump is and how many people dislike him so the question I'm asking is

Is trump in front for the presidency? Is it likely he'll win now?
