Information. oh and sweat iced tea.

When I am not doing anything important, I am reading misc articles on Wikipedia and from other books I have. Information is knowledge, and knowledge can never be useless despite how random it may seem from your current situation.

I see a lot of "addicted to soda" comments here. that is no good. I keep a point to not drink Soda and other caffeinated drinks. I drink only sweat iced tea and water. Soda is so bland along with being bad for your health to the point it isn't even practical as a drink to have every few days. (out at a restaurant for example) Many many drinks to explore, and soda is preventing that in two different ways.

Someone who used to have tea with his sugar. I'm sorry to tell you sweet tea is just as bad as caffeinated beverages as sweet tea unless making decaffinated tea and not adding sugar is it okay for you and green tea is better for you in general.

Just some more knowledge for you.

Wow really? mind blown! Obviously defining tea in such a global way is retarded, as there are many different types along with recipes including how much sugar you put in it.

Though you clearly don't understand the mix between caffeine and sugar. I won't sit here and pretend to be superior attempting to explain to you the ups and downs of caffeine and sugar, but a simple fact that you can find if you did your research: caffeine and sugar is a lot worse than only sugar. Though sugar CAN be bad for you in many different ways, the sheep of the world have once again, not used their own brain; sugar is completely fine if ingested in certain doses per day. All of what you hear about Sugar being bad is true, yet all of what you hear about sugar being bad is based off of a single topic: Soda and Sugar. Drinking 3-5 average coca cola cans a day is uhhh... I can't even begin to explain. Whereas having 3-5 cups of tea a day, is not great for your health, it is nowhere near the harmfulness of soda. Which is why I also mentioned this little thing that keeps humanity alive in my post, water. 3 cups of tea and as much water as possible a day is perfect.

You clearly have a problem with my post, and that is fine as most of the members of this forum are simple-minded, public school educated teenagers. Next time when you attempt to debunk someone, how about you do research on the subject instead of following what you were told.

Being addicted to something such as soda is one of the most mindless, inhumane problems in our current society. I would love to go on, but it is clear that no one here would understand. Get back to listening to your rap music and gossiping on Kik!
