Just screen it over the image you're working with. Or make it yourself with the pen tool and spheres.

Do what Cursed said, just use it as an overlay. It'll get rid of the dark background and leave the lighter colours.

u can get transparent version of this in gfx packs but i dont know which one sorry since i only use my pack if i need too for textures and effects.
