All these boosters and cheaters never seem to get banned but the first chance they get they'll ban me, doesn't make much sense in my eyes.

Okay I've looked into this for you because you said you had a "Modded Account" so this is why you got banned and with your account ban today. Basically how Xbox works and I'v read the rules about "Modded/Hacked Lobbys" They trace your account with your IP and if you make your second account even though it's legit the account gets banned. It's under fair use code of conduct for Xbox Live.

Don't worry about other people because they got banned focus on you because you're in the deep end now. It says why your account got banned, engaging in account theft could be a meaning of. Your parents may of set up your account and you let your friend on your account so that may of alerted the Enforcement Team to step in and ban your account for safety reasons. It says there that "Require Personal Account Information" so you must of brought a recovery or let your friend on your account. It's one of the two there. Also it says "Purchase theft" You may of theft money on somone's account. You wouldn't tell us because if you didn't you would be stupid saying that. Not sure what you've done here but sounds fishy and really bad. I think you need to think back what you did last for you to get banned. The people got banned prob got banned of the same reason not sure but YOLO
