I play Cod Mw2 all the way up to Bo3 on PC. )Exclude Advanced warfare) and i can tell you, there are modded lobbies on Mw2 and on the other ones after that, i don't find modded lobbies much but i do find people who have godmode on or infinite ammo, UAV always on and such.

Im not sure exactly which CODs have them (I know BO3 does), but some have dedicated servers which make most ranking mods, challenge mods, and unlock mods impossible.
