How do you get there, I may ask?

It's in Priff (Elf City) after you've done the quest Plague's End. IF you've done it, you just go north from the lodestone, and you'll see.

Got my 96 herblore (i thought it was 95 for overloads but i was wrong) just going for all quest level requirements right now (79 construction 80 divination 80 agility 80 crafting 61 runecrafting 74 thief)

Fair enough guys! I could of used that prayer but unfortunately been in the hospital with my dad so I won't be playing this weekend! But keep up the levelling guys!!

divination was boring so i gave up after 5 levels but i went from 77-88 summoning
