You can indeed drop in those files from the internet and it will more than likely fix your problem. In-fact, if you go into your Windows Directory (copy and paste this into your explorer bar at the top: %windir%\syswow64), you can see that many of those file and similar ones are present, except the ones it says you are missing.

Either dropping them into where the game is installed or dropping them into your Windows Directory will work. Here is an example of the file you're missing, but a different version on my PC. (D3DCOMPILER_47 not D3DCOMPILER_43):

If you drop them into the game Dir, make sure it is where the actual game .exe file is.

Some things to note:
If you're putting it in your game directory download the version relevant to your game. In this case, the 32-bit version of each file.
