i cant inspect items in game from the steam market or opskins. but i could 2 days ago someone please tell me if others are having the same issue if not how can i fix this ?

its like that for everyone steam is having an issue

As others have said, the Steam community market was experiencing issues.

I was able to pretty much do everything yesterday except sell any of my items, although I could still buy items. I was also able to inspect items in-game but some of my friends were having issues with this.

I looks like everything is working as of right now, or at least on my end they are.
