Yes, ONLY Microsoft can take the necessary action, and they indeed would if a lawsuit does follow through- which it very well should, forcing Microsoft to do whatever actions they feel is necessary for The Pro, and to be more cautious with their employees. What The Pro had done in that video was completely wrong, making Microsoft look foolish and very unprofessional; because remember- The Pro is representing Microsoft. Do you really think Microsoft Corp. wants to have a bad image because of immature employees like The Pro? Microsoft would be idiots to not take action and implement better precautions before just handing out power.

Idk, perhaps I am sounding foolish- it is getting to the late hours where I live.

On a completely different subject.. I give my full support to Lupo. Jackasses such as "The Pro" should be put in their place. Microsoft may however try to spare themselves the humiliation of having "The Pro" working for them, and fire him. If that is the case, Lupo very well could win in court.
